401(k) Retirement Plan
- Regular full-time employees are eligible to participate.
Company matches up to 6% after first year (company matches 2.5% for
first 12 months); most employees may defer up to 15%, some "highly
compensated" employees (an IRS-defined term) may be limited to 9%;
five "years of service" vesting schedule; self-directed investments
option; loans available; multiple funds available; company pays all
administrative fees (except for loan processing) so employee earnings
are not diluted.
